MEDIEVAL COSTUME IDEAS

Peasant 

- Long, solid t-shirt, and sweat      

    pants/jeans (old, baggy, and plain)

- Binding from ankles to knees (use

    cloth, rope, or masking tape)

- Rope around the waist for a belt

- Simple dress

 

Clergy (monks,nuns, bishops, pope, cardinal, priests, etc.)

- Long robe with hood (usually dark in

    color- brown/black)
- Rope belt
- Cross, staff,  bible or rosary
 

Nobleman 

- Long robe or cape

- Jewelry (fake)  to show wealth
 

Noblewomen  

- Long, floor-length dress with arms and

    shoulders covered
- Cone Hat, shawl,cloak, or scarf
- Jewelry (fake)

 

 Viking

- Metal helmet with animal figures
- Shirt of iron rings and covered with cloth (ideas: Soda tabs or something similar)
- Broad Belt, Trousers
- Long Hair and beard
