All Students will compete on a team for their History Teacher (all those without one will join Mrs. Adams). They will dress up as a medieval person and will compete against  the other class in multiple events throughout the day.  Prior to the Festival, students will have the opportunity to sign up for events in which they wish to participate.

• Ptak - Black and Purple

• Adams - Blue and Gold

You will need to have a costume. There will be a costume contest that will judge both homemade and store-bought costumes. Costume ideas and inspirations will be posted on the 7th Grade Website.

No real weapons will be admitted.

Activities will include a band performance, choir performance, design and construction of a catapult, scholar bowl, and fun games based on Medieval Culture.

We will break in the afternoon and lunch will be provided. After lunch, students will be able to change into comfortable clothes for the afternoon competitions and festivities. Please plan accordingly.

Failure to adhere to the FHMS Code of Conduct and work completion expectations may result in loss of privileges to participate.
